Minus 10kg in 10 days

This mono-diet is for 10 days. They promised that we lose 10kg in 10 days. But honestly saying, I do not believe in it. I guess, the normal loss here is about 4-6 kg...The plan is as follows:

Day 1 - only 6-7 boiled eggs
Day 2 - only boiled or steamed fish
Day 3 - only low fat cottage cheese
Day 4 - only boiled or steamed chicken
Day 5 - only 6 steamed coach potatoes
Day 6 - only boiled or steamed beef
Day 7 - any vegetables
Day 8 - any fruits
Day 9 - only low fat laban (kefir)
Day 10 - only rose-hip tea and water

You can drink black coffee and tea during these 10 days time. Try to drink at least 1,5l of fresh water every day.
