Pumpkin and beetroot salad

Ingredients: pumpkin, beetroot, dried prunes, cinnamon powder, vegetable oil.
How to prepare:
Shred pumpkin and beetroot. Chop dried prunes (without seeds). The amount of beetroot should be half of pumpkin. Place all ingredients in to the plate, add cinnamon powder and oil. Mix it and serve.
You can add some pomegranate seeds and dill for better taste.
